Collingwood, ON [01 September 2023] – The Collingwood Art Crawl returns for its eleventh year on Saturday, September 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Collingwood Downtown. This annual, free, self-guided art and music tour celebrates the depth, variety, and creativity of artists and musicians from throughout the region.
Named one of the Province’s Top 100 Events by Festivals & Events Ontario, the Collingwood Art Crawl invites you to experience dozens of artists and musicians displaying their talents in unique venues throughout historic Collingwood Downtown. Discover original artworks in paint, ink, photography, metal, textiles, and mixed media, and live and original performances spanning rock, folk, funk, country, and jazz. The Downtown Venue Tour is generously sponsored by the Scholte Real Estate Team.
New this year, Art Xpress joins the Collingwood Art Crawl! Art Xpress is a live artmaking event for young and emerging artists. Artists will show off their creativity as they create a piece of artwork in just 20 minutes, inspired by the music played during each round. Round One will take place at 4:00 p.m. and Round Two at 6:00 p.m. This unmissable event, sponsored by Envision Tatham, will take place at Tremont Square, along Tremont Lane, just east of the Collingwood Public Library.
Beginning in September, all registered artists and musicians will be featured on the Collingwood Art Crawl Online Gallery, sponsored by RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities.
